In this project we had to paint still life of fruits and cloth. Each painting had to be finished in 25 minutes, which explains the rough finish. Using ink while painting cloth required a considerable amount of control on the paintbrush to successfully create smooth curved lines. I developed an understanding of the ratio of water and ink to create the tonal value.
